Why do I need an account on the AFPRO webshop?

As a filter supplier, AFPRO Filters only serves professional customers. You can place orders in our webshop if you are already a customer of AFPRO Filters or, as a new customer, once your registration has been approved. It is not possible to place orders without a Chamber of Commerce number.

How do I create an account?

Are you already an AFPRO Filters customer? Then you can request an account. Not yet an AFPRO Filters customer? Then you can register here. After your registration is approved, you will have full access to our webshop.

How can I place an order?

By placing your orders through our online webshop, your purchasing process becomes much simpler, clearer, and faster.
Ordering online takes just a few easy steps:

  1. Add your products to your digital shopping cart.
  2. Review your details. If needed, add specific information under “Location.”
  3. Click on “Order” and select your shipping details. You can choose from an existing item, an address from your address book, or an alternative address.
  4. Select your preferred shipping method.
  5. Enter your reference and/or order number along with your contact information.
  6. Finalize your order by reviewing it and clicking “Submit Order.”
What if I can’t find a product or reference online?

Sometimes certain products and/or references can be difficult to find or may not appear in the AFPRO Online webshop. We recommend using the online catalog categories, the advanced search bar, and the content of your previous orders to help locate them.
However, if you still can’t find your product or reference, please use the online chatbot or the contact form so we can activate the relevant items for you in real time. A simple internal adjustment on our end will allow you to access your products.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Fortunately, you can always request a new password. Enter your email address or username on this page and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
For privacy reasons, we do not have access to your password and therefore cannot send it to you.

Who responds on the chatbot?

Our team dedicated to the AFPRO Online webshop answers live from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Is it possible to generate a quote online?

No, it is not possible to generate a quote directly online through your personal account. Requests must be sent to the following address: [email protected].
However, you can find all your quotes (current and past) generated by our team in the section "My Quotes," where you can convert them into orders (see explanation in the following question).

Is it possible to retrieve old quotes and order online?

Yes, all quotes linked to your customer account can be found in your personal area under the section “My Quotes.” This allows you to convert your quotes directly into orders by clicking on “Order.”
For expired quotes, the same process applies, with an automatic update of prices.
However, you cannot perform this action on old quotes that have already been converted into orders, as these are located in the “Invoiced Order History” section. This is where you can reorder them again.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order at any time in your order overview. Please ensure that you are logged into your account and click on “My Orders.” There, you will find an overview of all your orders with AFPRO Filters along with their corresponding status.

Is a purchase order sent?

Once your order is placed, a message will appear on the webshop confirming that it is being reviewed by our team. The process then follows the same steps as with your previous AFPRO Filters orders: once the order is validated, you will receive your purchase order, and it will be scheduled for shipment.

Can I view my order history and invoice history?

Please ensure that you are logged into your account and click on “My Orders.” There, you will find an overview of all your orders with AFPRO Filters. You can also view your invoice history in your account under “My Invoices.” If this does not answer your question, please contact your representative. Their name is mentioned on your order confirmation.

Can my order be cancelled?

Made a mistake? It might still be possible to cancel the order. Please contact our after-sales service by calling 0971161250 or by sending us an email.

Can my order be modified?

Would you like to modify your order? This is possible as long as the "Modify" option is still available in your order. Is the option no longer available? Please contact our after-sales service by email : [email protected].

What are the handling fees for my order?

We do not charge any additional fees for processing your order.

How can I link my item numbers to AFPRO products?

When placing an order, you can add a preselected item number to a product. Select the relevant product and click on “Add external number.” This information will be included in the order confirmation and printed on the labels of the delivered items. We link this number to the products in our webshop the following day. From then on, your own item number will be visible on the product page and can be used as a reference in the search engine.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive a confirmation for each order. This confirmation includes the internally confirmed shipping date. Delivery usually takes place 1 to 2 business days after the shipping date.

How do I create a shared order list?

When you add one or more items to your cart, this action can be saved as an order template. Go to your cart and use the “Save as template” button on the right side of the screen. Give the template a unique name and click “Save.” The template will then be available in your account under “My Order Templates.”

Can I modify my delivery address?

You can modify your delivery address during the checkout process. At this step, you can either enter a new delivery address or select a previously saved address (Object).

What are the delivery times?

The shipping times for our products are:
- 5 days for standard products in stock
- 10 days for non-standard products in stock

What do the prices displayed on the webshop mean?

AFPRO Filters does not offer catalogue prices. The prices you see in your AFPRO Online account are the ones linked to your account. These are the same prices you would receive when requesting a standard quote from our sales team.

Are the item prices displayed on the webshop including VAT?

No, the item prices displayed on the webshop are excluding VAT. VAT is added during the order process and shown in the “Order Overview.” There, you will see the total amount both excluding and including VAT before confirming your order.

What payment methods are available on the webshop?

You have the option to pay based on an invoice. It is simple. If your company meets our conditions and has been approved for credit, orders can be placed on your account. Payment methods will be communicated to you in advance and are indicated on the order confirmation.

Is it possible to pay my order by invoice and not online?

Yes, it is possible to pay in two ways:
- Either online at the time of your order
- Or later, upon receipt of your invoice, by bank transfer or bank check

Will all users of my webshop account see the same information?

Yes. All users of our webshop can place orders and view the order history.

Can multiple employees use my webshop account?

After creating an account, you can add multiple employees as users via our contact form. We provide access to multiple users once a contact person and an email address have been provided.
